Program Manager
We're hiring a Program Manager! The Northwest Arkansas Local Food Network is seeking an organized, mission-driven professional to help manage our programs that increase access to healthy local food and educate consumers about locally produced foods. In this role, you'll oversee our Double Your Dollars nutrition incentive program at farmers markets, support production of our annual Local Food Guide, and help plan our regional food systems conference. You'll work alongside incredible professionals across Northwest Arkansas's food and agriculture community—building meaningful relationships with farmers, market managers, food access organizations, and other stakeholders who are passionate about strengthening our local food system. We're looking for someone with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, comfort working independently in a remote environment, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting small-scale agriculture and local food access. This is a full-time position ($45,000) based in Northwest Arkansas with flexible remote work. Communications and Outreach Manager

In this role, you'll manage our social media presence, create compelling content that highlights local farmers and seasonal foods, plan educational outreach events throughout the region, and help launch our Eat Local NWA campaign. You'll work alongside incredible professionals across Northwest Arkansas's food and agriculture community—connecting with farmers, community members, and organizations passionate about local food access and education. We're looking for someone with strong writing and social media skills, a creative eye for visual content, comfort working independently in a remote environment, and genuine enthusiasm for telling the stories of our local food system. This is a full-time position ($45,000) based in Northwest Arkansas with flexible remote work.
